Description

You will work on high-visibility projects to provide technical expertise to strategic users, accelerating their knowledge, solution design, and integrations with Stripe. This role involves leading strategic conversations and developing plans to transform payments infrastructure for leading enterprises.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Japanese and English communication skills
• 5+ years in Software Engineering / Integration Engineering
• Comfortable with code-level debugging and explaining Stripe's product features and API architecture
• User-first approach and strong customer empathy

Responsibilities

• Drive client engagement and revenue with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams
• Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from architecture to code
• Educate users and developer community on Stripe's value proposition, best practices, and new developments
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for largest users' and partners' technical teams
• Partner with Product and Engineering to refine Stripe's product roadmap with customer insights
