💼 About This Role

You'll support the implementation and continuous improvement of KIPP SoCal's Multilingual Learner Program across grades TK-8. You'll operationalize the program vision, strengthen instructional practice, and ensure compliance. This role offers a chance to align language development practices with academic priorities and drive student outcomes through data-informed decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support implementation of the EL Master Plan
• Develop systems and tools for ELD instruction
• Design and execute regional professional development
• Lead regional administration of ELPAC

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-6 years of teaching or instructional leadership experience
• Experience working with multilingual learners and implementing ELD programs
• Experience administering Initial and Summative ELPAC

• Active CLEAR or Preliminary Credential
• Experience using data to drive instructional decisions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
