Description

You will lead the global accounting and finance functions of a professional services holding company, driving financial strategy across multiple subsidiaries while optimizing resource economics. You'll serve as a key member of the executive team, providing strategic governance, operational excellence, and stakeholder partnership to support sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in professional services
• Deep expertise in unit economics, utilization management, and profitability optimization
• Experience with multi-subsidiary, multi-national financial operations
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, ASC606/IFRS15, and M&A
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Drive all accounting, tax, treasury, and internal controls
• Direct financial strategy and capital allocation with CEO and executive team
• Lead M&A activities from valuation to post-acquisition integration
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisors
• Design and administer incentive compensation structures aligned with EBITDA
