Description

You will own the end-to-end supply chain for the Intelligence Space business line, collaborating with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to drive strategic supply network development, cost management, and on-time delivery of product hardware.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
• 8+ years experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement, or design of electronics/mechanical devices
• Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering or TCO at component level
• Active U.S. Secret or TS clearance and ability to maintain
• Ability to travel 10-40% and relocate to Reston, VA

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into engineering BOM to ensure parts can be sourced at target cost
• Conduct supplier selection and onboard unique vendors for Space Intelligence
• Drive on-time delivery using innovative solutions to overcome Space industry constraints
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via concept scoping and joint design
• Lead cost engineering activities to converge cost curve to product cost and maximize TCO
