💼 About This Role

You'll partner with web and platform teams to define success metrics, build dashboards, and analyze A/B test results. You'll own insights and recommendations for high-priority technical initiatives that impact the senior living side of the business. This role offers the chance to drive data-driven product decisions at a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct A/B test analysis including hypothesis testing and decision rules
• Pre/Post analysis of product enhancements and platform upgrades
• Build and maintain dashboards and tracking tools
• Work across teams to set up testing and understand technical initiatives

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or similar
• 3-5 years of product analytics experience with A/B testing
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in Optimizely, Amplitude, GA4, or Tableau

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience analyzing SEO or AIO
• Proficiency in at least one analytics tool
