You'll join a global team providing outstanding technical support for Wiz's cloud security platform, troubleshooting customer issues and scaling support through automation. You'll own and solve technical problems using debugging, networking, and scripting. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues
- Identify cases requiring escalation to product or engineering
- Design and implement automation solutions to scale support
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of technical support or system administration experience
- 2+ years experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- 1+ years hands-on experience with production-grade Kubernetes
- Proficiency in reading or debugging code in Java, Python, Shell, JavaScript, or JSON
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with DevOps technologies
- Familiarity with REST APIs or GraphQL
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
