You'll join a growing national AmLaw 80 team in San Diego, representing employers in labor and employment litigation and counseling. You'll handle all phases of litigation and contribute to a collaborative, active practice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Represent employers in employment litigation
• Handle discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation
• Provide employment counseling and advice
• Assist with traditional labor matters

📋 Requirements

• 3-10 years experience representing employers in labor and employment matters
• Admitted to the California Bar
• Proficient in all phases of litigation
• Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
