🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather and document business requirements from program teams and stakeholders.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
• Organize UAT feedback and document issues, enhancements, and bug observations.
• Support intake processes by capturing and maintaining requests in Jira.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or technical delivery.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-based workflows.
• Proficiency with Jira and strong documentation practices.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting UAT and test planning.
• Experience in rules-driven environments like eligibility or compliance.
• BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA).
