💼 About This Role

You’ll join Spotify’s Commerce & Subscriptions Legal team, supporting the development of innovative e-commerce experiences while managing legal risk. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to enable new monetisation models, including subscription add-ons and affiliate sales channels, and provide practical legal advice to product and engineering stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal advice to product, engineering, and business teams
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Advise on consumer-facing product features and compliance
• Contribute to scalable legal resources like playbooks and templates

📋 Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in the UK or EU
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience
• Experience advising on e-commerce, digital consumer transactions, or subscriptions
• Knowledge of online commerce law, consumer protection, and payments regulation
