💼 About This Role

You'll own multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and build brand awareness for the global leader in technical interviewing. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Content, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen to move buyers from awareness to opportunity. This role is execution-focused, impact-driven, and reports to the Director of Demand Generation.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute coordinated, multi-channel campaigns across the buyer journey.
  • Develop and refine performance-driven campaign messaging and content.
  • Optimize channel performance through A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Manage budgets, campaign timelines, and cross-functional coordination.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of integrated demand generation campaign execution experience.
  • Hands-on channel experience with email, paid media, webinars, and landing pages.
  • Proven content development and messaging capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Experience with paid search and paid social advertising.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and virtual event management.
