You'll assist the Store Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve financial targets in a high-growth cannabis retail environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively communicate with Store Manager and partners to maximize revenue.
• Model selling behaviors and coach team on customer service best practices.
• Supervise store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and cash management.
• Analyze inventory trends and supervise ordering and stock management.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of retail management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven experience managing teams of 25+ employees including hiring and performance management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to achieve financial targets.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous experience in the cannabis industry.
• 3+ years of high-volume retail management experience in a store generating $10M+ annual sales.
