Description

In this role, you'll manage commercial real estate projects for a key account, coordinating all phases from planning to completion. You'll oversee budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management in commercial real estate, tenant improvements, office, or dry lab environments
• Experience managing projects with complex MEP systems or central utility plant interfaces
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong field management presence with proactive risk identification
• Excellent communication skills for client and executive interactions

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to schedules and financial constraints
• Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and contractors
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; resolve issues promptly
