Description

You will join a dedicated clinical team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first model. This role involves conducting quality visits, educating patients, and collaborating with a supportive care team to close the gender health gap.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state; multiple state licenses highly preferred
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions with evidence-based care
• Conduct appointments designed to listen, educate, and personalize care
• Utilize expert-developed clinical pathways including hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medication
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and care coordinators
