Own end-to-end analytics projects, create compelling data narratives, and use advanced SQL, Python, or R to extract insights. Requirements

• 12+ months of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R)
• Hands-on experience with modern BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Solid foundation in statistics and data science methodologies
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Independently deliver exploratory and diagnostic analyses with clear acceptance criteria
• Own dashboard and reporting development in Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
• Lead development and delivery of high-impact client-facing analysis deliverables
• Perform data validation, QA, cleaning, feature engineering, and transformations
• Apply machine learning and regression analysis techniques, assist in test design and experimentation
