Description

You'll provide outstanding service to OVO's customers across their entire lifecycle, including vulnerable customers. You'll resolve inbound queries via phone and email, educating customers on Plan Zero and connecting them with decarbonisation products. This telephony-based role requires creative problem-solving and teamwork.
