🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead UI implementation with animations and business logic using React, Next.js, TypeScript
• Architect and integrate headless CMS solutions for seamless content delivery
• Build and maintain scalable Design Systems with Storybook and Atomic Design
• Mentor engineers ensuring code quality, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA+), and performance

📋 Requirements

• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern styling frameworks
• Strong experience with headless CMS, particularly Sanity.io (GROQ/GraphQL)
• Solid understanding of state management (Zustand, Redux, or XState) and front-end testing
• Proven experience leading distributed teams within Agile/SCRUM environments
