Description

You will support Project Managers and field teams on public works projects by managing schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient project delivery. Your role involves organizing documents, tracking submittals and RFIs, and assisting with budgets and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 4+ years of construction inspection or services experience in AEC industry preferred
• Multiple ICC/NICET/Caltrans JTCP certifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, StreetSaver, or Paver preferred
• Valid driver's license with 3 or fewer demerit points

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, deadlines, and task deliverables
• Coordinate with project staff, clients, and stakeholders
• Organize and maintain project files, correspondence, and documentation
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and tracking action items
• Review and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay requests
