🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Account Management
• Analyze GTM performance data to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of SDRs
• Oversee outbound sequence strategy and messaging

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in GTM Operations or related role
• Strong experience with reporting tools like HubSpot, Looker, or Tableau
• Advanced analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
• Prior experience managing or mentoring SDRs

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and broader GTM tech stacks
• Experience building or scaling an SDR function from the ground up
