🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop customer proposals with the sales team
• Monitor project daily to meet schedule and budget
• Manage resource levels and cross-utilize team
• Initiate procedures to improve efficiency and quality

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate aircraft avionics in repair station
• 5+ years managing complex avionics modifications
• 5+ years supervising staff of 10 or more
• FCC license or FAA Repairman's Certificate
