You'll lead SMB merchant acquisition for ShopBack Pay, a new offline/online cashback initiative. Your core impact is scaling high-impact partnerships across Hong Kong's F&B sector. This role offers ownership of a cross-functional team in a fast-growing tech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute SMB merchant acquisition strategy for ShopBack Pay
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Business Development executives
• Close high-impact SMB merchant partnerships, especially in F&B
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ops, account management, marketing)

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 4+ years experience in Business Development or Account Management
• Proven people management skills and ability to coach a team
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
