💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with customers to improve their email programs and get the most out of Braze, providing reporting, best practices, and recommendations. You'll partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Growth teams to develop and iterate on strategies that enhance customer experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide deliverability support to customers and internal teams
• Manage and prioritize incoming tickets for troubleshooting
• Carry and service a portfolio of assigned customers
• Conduct in-depth investigations and audits of email sending practices

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in deliverability-specific services
• Experience at an ESP, agency, or large brand
• Proficiency in industry best practices for email deliverability
• Ability to present findings in a meaningful, consumable format
