You'll manage a territory building relationships with providers to drive growth for Rula's mental health platform. You'll own the full sales cycle from outbound sourcing to closing, with a focus on in-person selling. This role offers uncapped variable pay and the chance to solve a critical mental health access problem at a fast-growing company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive outbound sourcing and close providers within assigned territory
- Manage in-person selling and relationship management
- Utilize provided lead lists to prospect and consult providers
- Maintain remote selling strategies for accounts outside immediate geography
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with consistent target achievement
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline independently through outbound prospecting
- Proven success in a field-based role with in-person selling emphasis
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to travel within a 2.5-hour radius
