💼 About This Role

You'll own the full growth marketing engine for Ben, an enterprise benefits platform. Your role involves building an AI-first growth operation and leading ABM motions with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue. This is a strategic IC position with real commercial accountability.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve growth marketing strategy across channels and tactics.
  • Lead relationship with external ad agency for performance.
  • Manage paid performance on Google and LinkedIn against ROAS targets.
  • Build AI-first growth operation with tools and agents.
  • Run ABM motions in partnership with Sales.

📋 Requirements

  • B2B demand gen experience with enterprise sales motion.
  • Paid channel management at scale on Google and LinkedIn.
  • External ad agency management experience.
  • AI-enabled marketing operations enthusiasm.
  • ABM experience with account-based programmes.

  • Experience with AI tools for marketing automation.
  • Ability to work as high-performing individual contributor.
  • Deep comfort with data and analytics connecting to revenue.
