You'll own the full growth marketing engine for Ben, an enterprise benefits platform. Your role involves building an AI-first growth operation and leading ABM motions with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue. This is a strategic IC position with real commercial accountability.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and evolve growth marketing strategy across channels and tactics.
- Lead relationship with external ad agency for performance.
- Manage paid performance on Google and LinkedIn against ROAS targets.
- Build AI-first growth operation with tools and agents.
- Run ABM motions in partnership with Sales.
📋 Requirements
- B2B demand gen experience with enterprise sales motion.
- Paid channel management at scale on Google and LinkedIn.
- External ad agency management experience.
- AI-enabled marketing operations enthusiasm.
- ABM experience with account-based programmes.

- Experience with AI tools for marketing automation.
- Ability to work as high-performing individual contributor.
- Deep comfort with data and analytics connecting to revenue.
