Description

You will design and implement end-to-end business flows for a fabless semiconductor company, bridging the gap between stakeholders and the tech stack. You will own NetSuite and Arena PLM processes, supporting finance, supply chain, and manufacturing operations as the company scales.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as Business Systems Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in business or IT-related field
• Prior semiconductor industry experience
• Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite
• Track record of setting up business flows from scratch or major implementations

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end business flows from foundry through OSAT to finished good
• Translate complex manufacturing processes into digital workflows (Yield Management, RMA)
• Serve as functional process expert for NetSuite and Arena PLM
• Configure finance modules (Cost Accounting, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
• Manage integration data flows between internal systems and external partners
