Description

You will evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy to patients in their homes, focusing on restoring function and daily living skills. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care for the elderly.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Maintain re-licensure through continuing education credits

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluation and ongoing patient assessments per physician orders
• Initiate and update written plan of care
• Provide skilled occupational therapy within scope of practice
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Plan discharge and provide community resource information
