💼 About This Role

You'll support commercial agreements in a high-velocity SaaS environment while serving as customer zero for an AI-native legal product. Your core impact is building playbooks, templates, and workflows that allow the business to move faster without always relying on legal. This role sits at the intersection of legal execution, product development, and commercial velocity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide fast, pragmatic legal support on customer and vendor agreements.
• Build and refine templates, playbooks, and self-serve workflows.
• Act as an internal user of Wordsmith, testing and improving the product.
• Analyse contract data to identify trends and strengthen playbooks.

📋 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or Scotland) with roughly 2–4 years PQE.
• B2B SaaS agreements and commercial contracting experience.
• Privacy and data protection understanding (GDPR, etc.).
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.
