🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as post-sales support contact for customers.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Onboarding, and Customer Service teams.
• Conduct Customer Value Touchpoints to document KPIs.
• Identify and facilitate customer training needs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, client service, or account management.
• Proficient in SFDC, KPI, and BI Portal systems.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise product line solutions.
• Bachelor's degree required.
