You'll join a small, high-impact team building Giving Circle philanthropy software at Grapevine. You'll own full-stack projects end-to-end, from scoping to release, using Python/Django/Angular/Postgres. We leverage AI tools to boost velocity and quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance features across frontend and backend
• Improve code quality, workflow, and test coverage
• Optimize UI and API performance incrementally
• Take ownership of projects from scoping to monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience
• Expert in Python with advanced SQL knowledge
• Efficient in UI testing and owning full-stack projects
• Strong communication and autonomy

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in data engineering and data pipelines
• Experience in philanthropy/nonprofit space
• Experience in fintech or consumer tech
