Description

As part of SpaceX's EHS team in Bastrop, TX, you will own the industrial hygiene and ergonomics programs, conducting site reviews, implementing solutions to mitigate risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll lead root cause investigations and collaborate to integrate safety into all workplace aspects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years professional experience in industrial hygiene with emphasis on ergonomics
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred
• Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA, NIOSH, ACGIH regulations

Responsibilities

• Serve as site subject matter expert for industrial hygiene and ergonomic programs
• Conduct on-site reviews to identify ergonomic stressors and implement solutions
• Develop and improve industrial hygiene programs (respiratory protection, chemical hygiene, exposure control)
• Lead root cause investigations into significant events in field of expertise
• Collaborate with EHS team on job hazard assessments and provide consultative support
