You'll own the customer relationship for IT security solutions at a fast-growing company, driving product adoption and satisfaction through technical account reviews. Your work will directly impact client retention and growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth Technical Account Reviews to highlight usage opportunities and identify obstacles
- Own resolution of customer obstacles and coordinate cross-departmentally
- Position and sell professional services and training to customers
- Share new product features and best practices via knowledge transfer
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years in a customer-facing technical account role
- Experience with technical account reviews for SaaS/tech solutions
- Demonstrated knowledge of network and desktop management solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of RMM systems or Professional Services Automation
- Technical Account Management/Customer Success experience
- Understanding of networking technology (CCNA, Network+)
