You'll own the customer relationship for IT security solutions at a fast-growing company, driving product adoption and satisfaction through technical account reviews. Your work will directly impact client retention and growth.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-depth Technical Account Reviews to highlight usage opportunities and identify obstacles
  • Own resolution of customer obstacles and coordinate cross-departmentally
  • Position and sell professional services and training to customers
  • Share new product features and best practices via knowledge transfer

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years in a customer-facing technical account role
  • Experience with technical account reviews for SaaS/tech solutions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of network and desktop management solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of RMM systems or Professional Services Automation
  • Technical Account Management/Customer Success experience
  • Understanding of networking technology (CCNA, Network+)
