💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain operational playbooks to enable reliable international market launches for Waymo's autonomous driving technology. You'll orchestrate cross-functional efforts across Legal, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams, driving process improvements to scale new city operations. This role offers high impact in a fast-paced autonomous vehicle environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain operations-focused playbooks for international market launches.
• Identify process improvements for market entry and early operations expansion.
• Represent Operations interests in internal program review cadences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Program Management focused on Process Excellence or Strategy Operations.
• Track record of turning ambiguous problems into clear actionable playbooks.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (Tech or Global Logistics) with changing standards.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence across all organizational levels.

• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
