💼 About This Role

You'll lead analytical characterization and formulation of oligonucleotides at a cutting-edge AI-driven biotech. You'll drive the setup of LCMS systems and ensure sample quality for research. This role offers a chance to work at the intersection of AI and drug discovery in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and maintain LCMS system for oligonucleotide analysis
• Develop analytical methods for characterization and stability
• Formulate oligonucleotides for in vitro and in vivo experiments
• Manage sample tracking and generate Certificate of Analysis reports

📋 Requirements

• PhD in analytical or bio-organic chemistry with 2+ years experience
• MS with 5+ years experience
• Expertise in HPLC and mass spectrometry
• Experience with oligonucleotide laboratory techniques

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with oligonucleotide therapeutics formulation
• Understanding of ADAR, siRNA, or ASO modalities
• Bioanalysis and GxP experience
