You'll lead the successful rollout of Zipline's global infrastructure, driving end-to-end site deployment from bare ground to fully operational sites. Your core impact is ensuring alignment across design engineering, construction, and field operations to scale the physical network predictably and efficiently. This role sits at the intersection of process definition and execution, coordinating complex cross-disciplinary decisions worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Transform ambiguous goals into actionable, milestone-driven roadmaps
• Coordinate all aspects of prototypes, builds, and infrastructure deployments
• Facilitate technical discussions across design, engineering, and service teams
• Ensure designs translate successfully into real-world systems

📋 Requirements

• Program management experience in infrastructure or deployment projects
• Experience with cross-functional coordination across engineering and field teams
• Ability to manage end-to-end site lifecycle from concept to operational handoff
• Experience in global scale operations and managing complex schedules
