Description

You will oversee and optimize Okta's regional benefit programs across EMEA, managing pension governance, healthcare trusts, and vendor relationships. By leveraging data and AI tools, you'll ensure compliance, improve employee experience, and align regional offerings with global strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in related discipline with 8+ years regional Benefits experience in multinational environment
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA benefits regulations, labor laws, and tax compliance
• Metrics-focused mindset with ability to interpret data and project financial impacts
• Execution-driven project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong command of Google Workspace, Workday, and AI tools (Gemini, Notebook LM)

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for regional programs including pension governance, healthcare trusts, and employee councils
• Own full vendor lifecycle for insurance carriers and brokers, including contract negotiations and data privacy reviews
• Manage end-to-end administration of health, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring seamless data exchange with vendors and payroll
• Monitor EMEA regulatory landscape and conduct audits to ensure compliance, while benchmarking offerings for competitiveness
• Act as highest level of escalation for complex benefits inquiries, ensuring high-touch employee experience
