💼 About This Role

You'll lead the cross-functional growth organization within the Product team, focusing on optimizing user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You'll own the strategy and execution of growth initiatives that directly impact key company metrics such as trial-to-paid conversion and churn reduction. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define and execute holistic product growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Design and deploy growth loops, reward systems, and game mechanics within the product ecosystem.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Build a culture of rigorous A/B testing across onboarding flows and product engagement funnels.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Management, Growth, or Product-Led Growth in high-growth SaaS.
  • 5+ years in senior leadership managing Product Managers or cross-functional growth teams.
  • Proven track record designing growth loops and reward systems improving engagement and retention.
  • Deep experience with SaaS B2B2C business models and scaling multi-tenant customer networks.
