💼 About This Role
You'll provide exceptional customer, technical, and product support for a real estate software platform. You'll resolve support tickets via email, live chat, and phone while maintaining expert product knowledge. This is a fully remote role with a 4x10 schedule in a supportive team environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Respond to and resolve customer support tickets via email, live chat, and phone
- Contribute to team efficiency and support peers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain customer communication
- Identify, test, and escalate website issues to QA
📋 Requirements
- Customer service experience in a technology environment or call center
- Ability to multi-task multiple responsibilities
- Experience with both Microsoft and Mac platforms
- Ability to type 40+ WPM
