Description

You will enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference, with caseloads building rapidly. Clinical work is performed from home with flexible hours, and you will collaborate actively in a team-based format with psychiatric and counselor providers.

Requirements

• Fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.)
• Open to licensing in alternative states
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist preferred
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Autonomously practice psychotherapy in the best interest of the patient
• Build caseloads rapidly
• Collaborate in a team-based format with prescribers and other therapists
• Attend monthly clinical team meetings
• Participate in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers
