Description

As a Paid Search Media Manager, you will lead paid search campaigns from strategy to execution, optimizing performance through data-driven decisions and AI tools, while collaborating with teams to integrate search into broader media plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of paid search campaign management experience
  • Deep knowledge of Google and Microsoft advertising products (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, etc.)
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Healthcare, health insurance, or pharma lead gen experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch paid search campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen
  • Lead keyword research, campaign building, and testing roadmaps
  • Conduct QA for campaigns including keywords, ad copy, extensions, bids, budgets
  • Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CVR) and optimize performance daily
  • Develop optimization roadmaps using A/B testing and data-driven approach
