Description

You will translate BambooHR's technical vision into an executable engineering strategy and roadmap. Partnering with the CTO and cross-functional leaders, you will shape how products are built and evolved while leading a high-performing engineering organization through growth and AI adoption, balancing long-term technical direction with day-to-day execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as VP of Engineering or similar senior leadership role
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into executable roadmap
• Experience leading high-performing engineering teams through growth and AI adoption
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance long-term technical direction with day-to-day execution

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for values, championing trust, accountability, and data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define technical strategy and investments
• Own and communicate product and technology risk profile to executive leadership and board
• Communicate effectively with board, executive team, and company-wide audiences
