You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll use your product knowledge and fandom to drive sales, stock merchandise, and keep the store visually appealing. This part-time onsite role is perfect for a team player who loves pop culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge to drive sales
• Cover sales floor zone and maintain visual standards
• Process transactions and drive add-on sales at register
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds
• Customer service and selling skills
