Description
You will be the operational interface between the SDR team and Revenue Operations, equipping SDRs with data, processes, and tools to achieve pipeline goals. You will analyze performance data, optimize workflows, and contribute to a scalable, data-driven outbound engine, working both operationally and strategically at the intersection of Sales and Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS environment, ideally in SDR/BDR or Revenue Operations.
- Strong data understanding and experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
- Process-oriented mindset with a hands-on mentality.
- High affinity for sales tools and automation.
- Strong communication skills; business fluent English, German is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain SDR dashboards and KPI reports (activity rates, conversion rates, pipeline contribution).
- Identify bottlenecks in SDR processes and develop scalable solutions.
- Ensure data quality in CRM (HubSpot) for all SDR-relevant objects and activities.
- Manage SDR tool stack (Cloudtalk, Lusha, HubSpot, Notion) and evaluate new technologies.
- Support onboarding of new SDRs and identify skill gaps with Sales Enablement.
