💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in the Mainline area, performing diagnostic tests and developing individualized care plans. This role offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, or per diem options.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, strength, and balance.
• Implement wound prevention and repair interventions with evidence-based dressings.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care for independent living.

📋 Requirements

• Current PA Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
