💼 About This Role

You'll oversee forecasting, planning and master scheduling for Factor's Phoenix fulfillment department, maintaining capacity plans and production schedules to ensure efficient delivery and cost objectives. You'll drive improvements in planning processes and tools for a mission-driven company disrupting the food supply chain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate weekly production and capacity plans using systems and processes.
• Maintain data integrity in systems for inventory and capacity management.
• Track and reconcile weekly metrics versus established targets.
• Lead or participate on special projects as required.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 2-3 years experience in production planning.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets including building models and macros.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in operations planning and data-driven problem solving.

✨ Nice to Have

• Food and Beverage manufacturing industry experience.
• APICS or CPIM certification.
• Retail management experience.
