💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in creating the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, manage daily operations, and meet sales targets. This role offers the chance to work in a fun, fandom-focused environment at Hot Topic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
