- Own outbound prospecting into enterprise commercial contractors
- Build qualified pipeline by booking discovery meetings
- Test and iterate outbound messaging and plays
- Hit monthly targets for meetings and opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 50+ cold calls per day in a prior SDR or BDR role
- Built or refined outbound sequences that outperformed default
- Developed real discovery instincts for surface pain
- Received and implemented sharp feedback within days
