  • Own outbound prospecting into enterprise commercial contractors
  • Build qualified pipeline by booking discovery meetings
  • Test and iterate outbound messaging and plays
  • Hit monthly targets for meetings and opportunities

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 50+ cold calls per day in a prior SDR or BDR role
  • Built or refined outbound sequences that outperformed default
  • Developed real discovery instincts for surface pain
  • Received and implemented sharp feedback within days
