🎯 What You'll Do

• Define what good looks like for a small, high-performing TechOps team.
• Own day-to-day delivery of TechOps services in APAC.
• Liaise with leadership to prioritize project work.
• Provide hands-on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven track record of leading IT/TechOps teams through growth.
• Strong service management and operational experience.
• Hands-on 1st, 2nd, 3rd line support experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Okta or Microsoft Entra.
• Familiarity with CrowdStrike, Kolide, or Zscaler.
• Willingness to travel to regional offices.
