💼 About This Role

You'll join a small data team to build the analytics foundation of a fast-growing energy startup, working end-to-end on core data models and trusted metrics. You'll have significant technical ownership and influence over how the company uses data. This role is fully remote across Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain core dbt models for business domains
• Define and evolve company metrics with stakeholders in Omni
• Lead cross-domain analytics engineering initiatives
• Make pragmatic modelling trade-offs balancing speed and maintainability
• Raise data quality via dbt tests, CI/CD, and documentation

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience as an Analytics Engineer in a fast-moving environment
• Deep, hands-on dbt production experience with incremental models and macros
• Excellent SQL and strong data modelling fundamentals
• Experience with a semantic layer / BI modelling tool (Omni, Looker, or similar)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working closely with Marketing and Finance data
• Exposure to early-stage analytics stacks
• Familiarity with experimentation, funnel analysis, or unit economics
