๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect into CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical end users
- Identify net-new customers through outbound prospecting
- Manage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB products and services
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience with emphasis on closing new customers
- Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology

- Previous sales methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
