  • Prospect into CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical end users
  • Identify net-new customers through outbound prospecting
  • Manage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB products and services
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience with emphasis on closing new customers
  • Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
