You'll partner with the Commercial and Go-To-Market organization to shape financial strategies that drive growth and optimize performance. Your leadership will be pivotal in transforming finance operations using data and AI to support innovative revenue streams. This role offers the opportunity to redefine finance as a strategic partner across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape GTM strategy by identifying investment opportunities and maximizing growth returns.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to drive performance using data insights.
• Lead revenue forecasting and build scalable revenue models for execution and long-term planning.
• Conduct GTM business reviews and establish KPIs to drive accountability and transparency.

📋 Requirements

• 10–12+ years of progressive finance experience with a focus on commercial finance and GTM.
• Proven track record of collaboration with Sales and Marketing in high-growth environments.
• Experience in fast-paced, private equity-backed environments is essential.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
