You'll own new hire onboarding and ongoing skills development for a fully remote sales team, focusing on Business Development Representatives. You'll build training content from scratch and coach reps through call reviews and performance data, directly impacting team performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver new hire onboarding for BDRs, AMs, and AEs.
• Coach reps through call reviews and performance data.
• Build and maintain BDR skills progression framework.
• Manage training content in LMS and performance tracking in Airtable and HubSpot.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in business development or outbound sales.
• Proven ability to build training content from scratch.
• Experience working within an LMS platform and proficiency in Airtable.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a formal sales training or L&D role.
• Background in instructional design or adult learning principles.
• Experience training roles beyond BDRs, including AEs or AMs.
